Optimizing Eudora Pro Versions 4XX for use with JFW

Description
To configure Eudora Pro 4.X to work properly with JFW, do the following:

Solution

1. Press Alt-T and the letter "O" to go to the Tools|Options sub menu. 
2. You should hear JAWS say something like, "Category: List Box, Selected "Category Name", "X of "XX"." 
3. You should now be positioned in a list box of 20-30 categories, depending on the version of Eudora you are using. Use the up and down arrows to move among categories. When you reach the desired category, press Tab to access the first control for that category. 
4. Use the up and down arrows until you hear JAWS say, "Fonts", (Category 7)and press Tab. 
5. Set "Message Size" and "Screen Size" to "Medium". 
6. Tab until you hear JAWS say something like, "Category: List Box, Selected Fonts 7 of "xx"." 
7. Use the down arrow until you hear JAWS say, "Display," (Category 8) and press Tab. 
8. Show ToolBar" and "Show ToolBar Tips". should already be checked by default. 
9. Tab until you hear JAWS say something like, "Category: List Box, Selected Display 8 of "xx". 
10. Use the down arrow until you hear JAWS say, "Viewing Mail," (Category 9) and press Tab. 
11. If you are using a version of JFW prior to 3.3, uncheck "Message Window: Use Microsoft's Viewer" and "Preview Pane: Show Message Preview Pane." 
12. If you are using JFW 3.3 or later, "Preview Pane: Show Message Preview Pane" may be left checked or unchecked, according to personal preference. 
13. "Zoom Windows When Opening" should already be checked by default. 
14. Tab to "OK" and press Enter. 
15. If messages are still not being read properly, exit and restart Eudora.
